BASIL linen pants combine a classic straight leg with a mid-rise elastic waistband and adjustable drawstring. Two side pockets and a mock fly keep the design practical and understated. Wear them with a linen shirt or a simple tee for everyday ease.
Fabric & finish
Made from 100% European flax linen, with French seams for a neat finish inside. We pre-wash each garment in plain water before shipping, allowing the linen to undergo its initial shrinkage before it reaches you.
Fabric color selection
Choose "Standard" to select a color and an available linen weight from our regular palette. Choose "Custom" for a color outside that palette: we purchase the fabric specifically for your order, in the quantity needed to make your garment. This special sourcing adds 10% to the price. For custom colors, choose your color from the dropdown menu and add your preferred fabric weight for each chosen color in your order notes.
We will select the closest available linen weight to your preference from the mill. Your preferred weight is a request, not a guarantee of availability.
As a guide: 150 GSM is lightweight, 180 GSM is medium-weight, and 250 GSM is heavyweight. Ultralight 100 GSM linen is also available; please note that it is sheer, not opaque. GSM means grams per square meter.

Relaxed fit. Available in S–3XL and Custom size. Compare garment measurements in the size chart to choose your preferred fit.
The model is 6’3” (190 cm) and wears size L.

Standard colors are our stocked linen colors.
Custom colors are additional shades of linen that we order especially for you. These require an extra cost, reflected in the price when you select Custom.
