ASTER is a bias-cut linen maxi skirt with a soft elastic waistband and a clean silhouette that gently follows the body.
The diagonal cut allows the linen to fall softly around the body and move naturally as you walk. The soft elastic waistband makes it comfortable to wear, while the absence of a zipper and pockets keeps the design simple.
Fabric & finish
Made from OEKO-TEX certified linen. We use French seams as standard in our clothing. They enclose the raw fabric edges, leaving the inside neat and smooth against the skin. This technique takes more time than a basic overlocked seam, but helps keep loose threads tucked away and gives the garment a clean finish inside and out.
The skirt shown is made from medium-weight Bleached Sand linen, 180 GSM. GSM means grams per square meter and describes fabric weight, not quality. The available linen weight affects the finished drape. Not every color is available in every weight.
Fabric color selection
Standard colors from our regular linen palette are included in the base price, not just the shade shown in the photos. Choose your Standard color and available fabric weight from the palette.
Custom colors are sourced specifically for your order from our extended linen palette and add 10% to the selected size price. Select Custom under Fabric color, then choose your shade from the color dropdown. Leave your preferred fabric weight for each chosen color in the order notes. We check the mill and select the closest available weight. Weight preferences are requests, not guarantees of availability.
Size & fit
Available in XS–2XL and Custom size. ASTER has a maxi length, a bias-cut silhouette, and a soft elastic waistband.
The model is 5'11" tall and wears size XS in medium-weight Mustang linen, 180 GSM. Model measurements: bust 32", waist 24.5", hips 36.5".
Please refer to the size chart before ordering. If you are unsure which size to choose, send us your height, bust, waist, and hip measurements, and we will help you select the most suitable size.
For Custom size, include these measurements in your order notes. Please contact us before ordering to discuss a customized skirt length.
Standard colors are our stocked linen colors.
Custom colors are additional shades of linen that we order especially for you. These require an extra cost, reflected in the price when you select Custom.
